Terry & Donna Wise  understand the importance of billing services and accurate insurance reimbursements. While they have 40 years experience as  business owners,  within those 40 years of experience, 22 of them were devoted as co-founders of a series of mental health clinics in North Carolina. These clinics are thriving today and are one of the leading private clinics in the region. They are also co-founders & owners of TMS clinics with multiple locations in North Carolina. We are proud to utilize NeuroStar Advanced Therapy within those clinics. Terry also provides consulting to TMS clinics throughout the country to assist them in startup operations or expansion of their patient services.

Kelli Enos has 35 years of medical & TMS billing experience. She has extensive experience in medical billing and managing a billing team for a large private medical clinic and also currently manages the billing and administrative staff of our TMS team. Kelli brings a level of expertise including her medical training as nurse to the team and also a strong history as a successful business owner.

When we reflected on the many years of business management and 35 years of billing experience in the mental health and medical profession, we realized our years of expertise would be of great benefit to other clinics and and TMS Billing Solutions was launched.
